I dunno. I've had two initial interviews with two different companies in the same short spane of time, where I mentioned that I was trying to gradually adopt functional programming in my Typescript codebases, using fp-ts ecosystem. In both of those interviews they immediately navigated there and noticed that the latest commit in the repository was mine. Even though I immediately told them that it was a minor documentation issue and I don't have major open source contributions (my most popular repo has about 15 stars, so I'm a pretty below-or-average developer in that regard), they still seemed impressed.
