1. None of the shots are FDA approved. 2. Asking for PHI breaks HIPAA...the theater is breaking federal law.

1. I said "authorized", not "approved".

2. Nope. The theater is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Covered entities are healthcare providers, plans, clearinghouses, and business associates of those.
