I tend to agree. These are words used to avoid healthy debate and pressure people to do work they disagree with. This advice is too important to have been posted on April fool's day.

I'd heard of 'just' and mostly removed it in discussing issues and solutions. I also used 'little' or 'a bit'. Will be paying attention to these others to see where they come up.
