Ya I don’t worry about GCP going away. As a B2B service, they have contracts with customers that would be very expensive for them to break. Also, their internal tools track very closely with GCP offerings AFAIK. The have found financial leverage in plowing profits into cloud CapEx, so renting out that gear is all incremental profit.
