I've written similar pieces about leaving jobs in the past. Since then I've stopped. For some reason publishing them was never fulfilling. I think a simple journal entry would have sufficed. I was just in need of clearing the air and forgiving people. In hindsight, a public forum wasn't the best area for doing that.

First of all, he didn't quit. He never describes bullying.
Strict, and extremely demanding leadership that points out errors is not bullying. Failures in leadership are not bullying. As you can read from the write-up, author is very nervous and anxious about going to talk to the boss about quitting. And then it turns out that he listens.
Not all management styles are good for all people. Not all personalities get along.
