I don't understand how more aid will help rather than exacerbate the problem.

If the previous stimulus checks artificially propped up the economy, gave stock market a boost and led to this Well-off people getting More-well-off effect, how will another stimulus package be any different? The only way I see of doing that is sabotaging the economy (ie, mini-recession) or full on socialist/communist control to distribute the wealth, neither of which sounds pleasant or great in any way shape or form.

Not an economist, just my two cents.

You are absolutely right, but what other way do we have to help the ones who actually need help? Should we tax the rich who get all the benefit?
