There is a whole suite of products that are considered to be “marketing automation software.” Something like Hubspot is a good place to start.

With that being said, there really is no magic way to automate marketing work. There are good tools to make your life easier but that is really it. I would figure out where your time is most valuable and focus on that. Consider contracting out any second tier priority work and really examine the importance of the third tier work. Agencies are of course an option if budget allows, but you have to be pretty purposeful when hiring an agency or you risk wasting money.

Zapier is what you'd use for automation. You could use something like Prospecting Toolkit for scraping leads and sending email campaigns. What tools exactly do you need?
