I would add to this, my job of marketing is part creative part analytical.

To do one well I need time on it. I'm not at my best if I do creative for an hour then analytics for an hour and so on across the day.

At least for me, I prefer to block time to lock my brain into a format for better result. Guessing here but would say 3-4hour minimum.
