A bit older, but way better presentation by Luis von Ahn on duolingo:

The Royal Society - "Augmented intelligence: the Web and human computation" (Louis von Ahn) http://royalsociety.tv/dpx_royalsociety/dpx.php?cmd=autoplay...

+ has excellent discussion at the end.

The content of the presentation is much the same, albeit pitched at a different audience. To get straight to the discussion at the end (which is impossible effectively to summarise for you and well worth the time) skip to about 26:00 in the video.
