That is likely, if the fake street sign were to resemble a real one both in appearance and context.

If it were a stop sign in a billboard ad, humans would ignore it, though.

I spent a second trying to figure out that apostrophe, and found it humorous, about the same as i'f I saw a stop sign on the shoulder of a freeway.
