A "yes" vote would replace all cash bail with a ruling from the risk-assessment system.

To be clear, without this proposition the cash bail in California was going away. So this is a “do over” attempt by cash bail proponents via the proposition system.

There’s only been one poll so far (39% to uphold the new law, thus ending cash bail, 32% repeal, 29% undecided):
