I just don’t understand why Paperwhite is so sluggish compared to Kindle Touch. It’s just objectively worse for no apparent reason.

Anyone has any insights into it?

Apparently, Kindles are the worst in the terms of input latency and performance, but then this is also expected given their specification and the price point.

My problem is that Kindles of late are slower than earlier Kindles, not against non-E Ink devices.
