Explain Plan? Isn't that oracle? I ask because there is an "EXPLN" link that gives you what I think you're asking for.

postgres has something similar. Pretty nice for benchmarking and optimizing queries.

In MySQL it's just "EXPLAIN <YOUR QUERY>".
