I can't discuss these ideas with someone when the article contains statements like the above. It's her opinion that these men are secretly white supremacists.

From some viewpoints, men are mostly that. Aggressive, status-quo seeking self-interested people anyway.

Anyway, those supposed pillars are a smokescreen - they are hauled out and paraded around to gather folks to the cause. Can't think the article is very useful if they didn't know about that.
