Keep in mind, a lot of visitors won't watch your video.
Watching the video is a larger investment of time than simply reading. And they may be in an environment without headphones.
I recommend adding a tool like Hotjar to your site so that you can watch video of actual usage.
That way you'll discover more tidbits yourself.
