I am working on a photo editor https://www.Photopea.com and I added the GIF capability some time ago :)

Simply put, each layer, whose name starts with "_a_", defines a frame. Layers with other names are visible in all frames.

An example: go here http://photopea.com#iL9sRwekM and press File - Export As - GIF :)

It looks exactly like photopea - not just the same idea - but like someone copied and pasted the site.

Hi, we licence Photopea to them. They provide it to their customers, together with the access to their stock photos and other features.

IIRC, Pixlr has been around a long time. I last checked it out a few years ago, and it was _way_ different + had a very limited feature set. My guess is that they may have seen sites like Photopea and decided to copy that model... ?

I use Photopea all the time (found it via Reddit a year or so ago) and I just want to say -- THANK YOU!

It's amazing what you're able to accomplish in the browser.
