The virus doesn't care that you're wealthy.
And the treatment we currently have isn't so much treatment as helping one breathe under diminished lung capacity and hoping for the best, money again seems of little help.
What does seem to help is 1. being healthy to begin with and 2. staying isolated as much as possible. Granted, that's more pleasant in a bigger place.
