Getting a TEU in and out is no different from getting the truck carrying it in and out. What may be different is that a moving truck can park somewhere for the relatively short period of time needed to load or unload the truck by a moving crew. Whereas, you might not be able to park a TEU in the same spot for the week or two you might need to load or unload yourself.

(And, if a moving crew is still needed in any case, it probably mostly doesn't matter if you're using a container not. And there may be some advantages to a regular truck I'm not aware of. I assume any ocean freight is containerized in any case.)
