63% of people between 25 to 34 (or may be less for those still in school but I imagine not by much) isn't "vashingly small."

You read that wrong, most people aren't conscientious and those who are conscientious are likely to get a college education.

Then you're saying most people are unable to be gainfully employed. That's a pretty fatalistic (and unrealistic) read of the current situation.

What are you talking about? You can be gainfully employed and be a productive member of a team without being conscientious. I fit in that group.
