Write a speech that makes your elderly voter base frightened of the other, but do so in a way that makes you seem like a jovial and inoffensive bumbler to them, and yet somehow convinces them that human rights, renewable energy and climate change are ominous hoaxes intended to steal their country from them by dangerous extremists.
