You want to be able to continue selling trademarked items no matter what the trademark holder says or does?

Not sure that's such a black and white situation without knowing all the facts.

Regardless, the reaction from amazon by stopping communication and auto-stealing the money doesn't feel 100% legit either.

I think the OP will need to craft letter from lawyer to awaken some human behind amazon corp brick wall.
