How do you study that exactly? How can you know that your losses on sports are covered by your gains in recruiting and fundraising?

All the wealthiest schools are known for their academics, not their sports.

Schools recruit and fundraise betterin years with/after more successful football seasons.

If you know how you fundraise at 6-6 vs 11-2, you can quantify the value of a coach who brings you 3 extra wins each season.
