Surely you must be aware that the point of an action like this is not the single action itself, in isolation, but the setting of a trend?

If it becomes a trend, that will be good if indeed the efficiencies are true. As stated earlier, it is unclear how the calculations are made and whether the actual total emissions cost was lowered.

Do you have any idea how astronomically inefficient jet aircraft are? How ridiculously large amounts of energy they burn?
