No evidence of this what so ever. And you have the ability to sue Google if that is the case.

Try doing that in China and see how long before you are 're-educated'.

A citizen can sue using classified material as evidence in the US?

A lot of money should've changed hands in 2013 after the Snowden revelations if thats the case.
