Here, the simplest language that works:

  $ 'Hello World!'

  @ 10
    $ 'Hello world'

  @ 1:10 as i
    $ i*i

  ? 2>1 $ 'Two is greater than one'
  | $ 'No it is not'

  # fact(n)
    ? n<2 -> n | -> fact(n) * n 

  $ fact(5)

If you can guess its basic constructs then you are already proficient in it. As in python, white space is important.
