MMS (Chlorine dioxide) is indisputably and unambiguously a bleach. This is not up for debate without rejecting the whole of chemistry.

Just like the Clorox you would be at a store, it has the same abilities to whiten, and is used in industry regularly to bleach wood, amongst other things.

It's literally just bleach and juice. Presumably the juice is for taste.
