On the other hand, as with everything else, problems come in two sizes -- mine, and yours. And mine will always be much, much larger than yours. So don't spend too much time trying to decide if it's okay to complain about the difficulty of your life and go ahead and share your perspective. Someone else definitely has it harder, and someone has it easier, too.
