When they ask "Do you live with your family? What jobs your family members have? What are your hobbies? Where you were born? Are you married? How old are you?" then I know that I don't want to work there.

not sure if you live/work in the United States, but the majority of those questions are illegal to ask.

I dont mind the hobbies question at all. I enjoy asking it as an interviewer, with the follow up of asking about why it excites you, and if you have any good stories related to it.
I'm curious about hearing from you about the things that excite you in some way. It helps set the tone for the rest of our conversation, and helps me to gauge your level of engagement with the questions and answers after that.
