If your company needs an H-1B visa, we’re giving away 5 H-1B visa petitions to companies within the YC / Hacker News community. Our wider pilot program opens soon, and we want to give startup companies the first crack at our product.

Legalpad owes a lot to the startup community: Our CEO, Todd, built an immigration practice on helping venture-backed founders get US work visas. When his law practice was mostly automated, Todd saw an opportunity for a venture-backed business. He shut down the law firm, started up Legalpad, got into Techstars Seattle, and closed a seed round in 2018.

We’re well past the MVP stage in our second year focusing on the H-1B, and we prepared about 75 H-1Bs last year. We’re here to make H-1Bs faster, easier, and more efficient for your company--and your lawyer, if you have one. In return, we’ll ask for your feedback on our process and product.

Bottom line: If you’re in the startup community and you know a company hiring H-1B employees, shoot me an email: [email protected]. We’ll give the first 5 companies a free H-1B petition.

Looking forward to meeting some of you!
