While I disagree that oil subsidies equate to ICE subsidies, I’d appreciate a link if you think it has good information.
I’ve attempted to research this issue before, but the information I’ve found is very poor. A common problem is grossly inflated figures that include deductions that apply to every business.
Also, I haven’t found a resource that accounts for the full tax load on oil. For example, electrics are not subject to the sizable per-gallon taxes on gas and diesel, which means ICE cars are subsidizing electric’s road usage.

The oil depletion allowance (curtailed since its glory days) was a major one, at some point allowing the deduction to continue way past the original well investment was recuperated.
As far as the modern state of tax incentives - https://www2.deloitte.com/content/dam/Deloitte/us/Documents/... and discussion of the current carveouts https://www.wsj.com/articles/does-the-oil-and-gas-industry-s...
And that's just the stuff that's out in the open.
All of that subsidizes any ICE car.
