There was a study in 2008 that showed the majority of people with chronic fatigue had mitochrondrail dysfunction that corelated with the severity of symptoms.

If you mean Myhill, her studies haven't been replicated. More recent studies have shown similar mitochondrial ATP between patients and controls.
