There's a difference between the types of advertisement. It's okay to target ads based on gender if you're advertising shirts or shampoo or whatever. It's illegal if you're advertising jobs.

Yeah, there may be a legal difference, and there has to be a point where the majority starts to say: Hey! That's wrong!

I think the fundamental difference is null. Or maybe I am just one of the first to start to say: Hey! That's wrong!
