According to the annual UNICEF report Israel has a lower infant mortality rate than most of Europe not to mention the US and it’s pretty much a country where everyone gets circumcised.

Also in the US according to the CDC the demographic which has the highest SIDS rates is Indian Americans (not native Americans) and they have the lowest rate of circumcision amongst the US population.
