I swear we had this discussion a few days ago.
Reddit also debunked this particular paper.
Here is the methodology:"In the 22 US states analysed where the health insurance Medicaid covers male circumcision, cot death is significantly higher"
That's it. Not exactly a well done study.
It turns out the author is also the same person making widely debunked "Jews are descended from Khazars" claims.
They do not seem to be doing any sort of reliable science.
