I love HN sometimes. A long thread of nutritional bro science getting basic physiology wildly wrong, literally leading off with the comment “don’t listen to what those doctors tell you”? All kosher.

If you can’t distinguish between “you should take this pill” and “you should consult a medical professional,” we have little to discuss.

If you think someone telling you they considered killing themselves to be a high point isn’t at all concerning, we have nothing to discuss at all.
