FWIW, since Stripe has been completely ignoring Central Europe (I'm in Poland), I've been using Braintree (https://www.braintreepayments.com), which does want my money.
It's not as hip and fashionable as Stripe, but does work fairly well. They do subscriptions, but I had to take care of invoicing myself.

Could you tell your web developer not to mess with scrolling on the website? It's always a thing that bugs many people, including me.
You're losing customers by not having your website available in English as well.
