I don't believe there is any correlation, much less causation, between the attributes cited and "greatness".

So, instead of looking at possible cofactors, why not just look at actual results?

Did it get done?

Is it fairly accurate?

Is it high quality? (I know, lots of room for judgment here.)

Did it take reasonable resources (time, money, help)?

I'd settle for these over possibly unrelated character traits.
