Agree, it’s like asking why techies aren’t in prison for causing the 1999 .com bubble and subsequent crash.

But bank bail out didn’t cost 13, let alone 3 trillions.

Wasnt it the bankers who were publicly saying that the company going for an IPO is going to change the world but privately saying its full of shit.
