All of this is true about FizzBuzz, but at the same time, I've seen official interview question sheets that had questions with wrong answers, questions that were too ambitious for 45 minutes, and others that were just way too open ended and asked without any hints to be completely useless.

Those question aren't successfully answered, because the interviewer failed.
