No, LA traffic is just that bad. I am in Omaha, only halfway to NY/DC, and I have to adjust my morning commute for LA rush hour.

No, Musk was saying NYC to DC in 29 minutes. That's more than a 200 mile route, so you're talking average speeds of > 400mph.
