If you have been playing for years, then keep playing. Actually this hobby of yours may do your startup a lot of good. Think about it, sometimes you get stuck and you just can't find a solution. You take a break, go to sleep, work out or whatever and the solution always comes to you in those moments.

What you do need is a schedule of goals to accomplish daily. If you have accomplish your goal, then you can spend time having fun as a reward.
