What I am saying is that the theft discussion is defined by society and the laws of society. So you can't claim that Tax is theft.

Not naturally no. Only be the law of society just like ownership is given by society and doesn't exist "out there"

I was responding to a claim that tax is theft if theft is defined by involuntarily giving something up.
