I've found that pattern to be very useful when altering/sanitising MySQL backups.

  # Set the engine of all tables in schema `foo` to TokuDB
  sed -re '/^USE `foo`/,/^USE / s/^\) ENGINE=\S+/) ENGINE=TokuDB/'
