Here's an article listing infrastructure projects abroad funded by (or partly by) Brazilian taxpayer money from BNDES. Note that they all involve companies who have been shown to be related to multiple corruption scandals, but even if they weren't, for a country that lacks so much infrastructure like Brazil, these "investments" are at the very least questionable: https://spotniks.com/20-obras-que-o-bndes-financiou-em-outro...
Roussef's obstruction of justice attempt by nominating former president Lula a cabinet member to put him out of reach from Car Wash judge Moro (in Brazil government officials and elected politicians can only be judged by the Supreme Court, and not by "regular" justices):

Theres also this book about the Caw Wash operation, though being released in 2016 it obviously does not cover this year's developments: https://www.amazon.com.br/gp/aw/d/8568377084/
