I manage manager managers. I agree 200% the managers make a big difference in performance and we need more of them.

That's great, but I'd love to hear what your manager says about your recent performance. Is there any way I can sit down with him or her and maybe come up with a game plan of how we can improve their performance in helping you meet your managerial goals?
