So the Supreme Court just created a de facto voucher system?! Or are there limits to their ruling?

It only applies to disabled students who are not being adequately educated by their public school.

So, the wealthy get vouchers, as they can afford the lawyers and phycologists required to have a child declared disabled and in need of special accommodation?
