Doubtful, mostly because there just isn't that much ad-supported software on OS X / macOS. And Safari certainly doesn't expose any access to it.

I believe with safari open, you see a representation (favicon? I don't know) of your open tabs and favorites. I bet something could leak through there, at least with a desperate enough site.
