News for hackers. Stuff that matters.

It's definitely the most feature-rich HN client. Sad that something comparable is not on iOS :(

(But the ones on iOS aren't bad..I've had the most luck with one called "Hacker News" by Premii)

Have you tried MiniHack? After shopping around a bunch of iOS HN clients I like that one the most. It's ad-free, feature-rich but not bloated, responsive, and somewhat customizable.

MiniHack! Been using it for a couple of years. Easily the best native HN client on iOS.

Just got it on this recommendation, absolutely worth the couple of quid, love the auto dark mode based on screen brightness

I'd pay for Minihack on Android. All those Material apps waste space with the card paradigm and huge fonts.

I'd love to use it, but it's not free.

Dude, just pay the $1.99. It's a quality app with no ads, and it's, what, 0.3% the cost of the device you're running it on?

You're a developer and won't cough up $1.99 to support an app that people are highly recommending?

This is why most developers can't make money creating mobile apps unless they're for gambling or freemium games.

It costs less than a cup of coffee.

You mean libre or gratis?
