Unlike Scotland, Greater London has boroughs that voted for the exit: Barking and Dagenham, Bexley, Havering, Hillingdon and Sutton.

Still 60-40 remain (of 3.7m), versus 62-38 (of 2.6m) in Scotland [0].
Looking at the majority of each constituency is misleading - it's a popular vote. There both strong pro-EU in numbers.
