Don't know about Disney, but the tech companies pay exactly the same for hires at the same level regardless of where they are originally from.

H1B may have the benefit of being somewhat bonded labor for them, but its not cheap.

It also, in aggregate, has the effect of lowering, or preventing increases in, wages in the larger labor market.
